Our objective is to raise awareness among the women at workplaces about work place harassment issues,Domestic Violence and assist women who are suffering silently with great amount of TOLERANCE. SILENT is the word which encourages the dominant party to continue committing the offences. ACHAM THAVIR – “BE FEARLESS” – in exposing the culprits who go scot-free after committing the offences. We are with you to assist in this social cause and help reforming the society.

We need to raise awareness on this issue and assist the government and corporate sectors to create a society free of work place harassment.

Our initiative is to educate the women about work place harassments and providing them the necessary legal and moral support to fight against it.

We had started this initiative during 2010 in a small way and now we are planning to conduct workshops / special counseling model sessions to Corporate and Government sectors women.

There are many reasons for the growing incidences of work place harassments; the most important one is SILENCE / TOLERANCE among the women due to many reasons viz., Loosing of Job, Social Pressure, Family / Peer Pressure and above all HOW TO HANDLE IT, WHOM TO CONTACT FOR REMEDY – DO I SURELY GET JUSTICE!

These kind of thoughts are blocking the working women’s to proceed further boldly and act against the Work Place Harassments.
